1. Notify us via Email or telephone about returning the item as soon as it is received. An item received three days or more is considered sold. 2. The return item is received by Antiques At Brian Brigham within seven (7) days from the date the item is received by the buyer. 3. The item is returned is in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no adjustment or alteration to the item. 4. The return item is well packaged and shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. 5. Shipping costs for returning the item are paid by the sender. 6. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is exchanged for another item. 7. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received.
