Vintage Lithograph With Excerpt Of 1918 Speech By Woodrow Wilson
This vintage lithograph features an excerpt from a July 4, 1918 speech delivered at Mount Vernon, Virginia by U.S. President Woodrow Wilson. This one sentence - "What we seek is the reign of law, based upon consent of the governed and sustained by the organized opinion of mankind." - summed up Wilson`s war aims and set up his famous Four Points. This colorful lithograph features a photograph of Wilson encircled by the American eagle and two America flags. This vintage lithograph is in a handsome black frame with gold trim.
